Welcome Arts and Crafts Exhibitors

Welcome to the West Virginia Pumpkin Festival held at West Virginia Pumpkin Park in Milton, WV. If you have never been to the festival as a visitor or as an exhibitor, you are in for a pleasant surprise. We encourage everyone to come to the festival and wear comfortable shoes as there is so much to enjoy.

If you have not been juried to participate as an exhibitor in the festival, we ask that you fill out the application provided and bring it with you on the first Saturday in May to the 4-H Building located at WV Pumpkin Park. Please be at the building by 9:30AM. We will jury at 10:00AM. We will provide coffee and doughnuts while your work is being juried.

If you have been an exhibitor, I encourage you to read carefully the NEW application as we have implemented some changes.

We look forward to seeing each of you at the annual West Virginia Pumpkin Festival. The hours of the Festival are 9:00AM to 9:00PM Thursday through Saturday and 9:00AM to 6:00PM on Sunday. Dear Business/ Commercial Applicant:

It is my pleasure to introduce myself to all of you as this year’s chairperson of Business/Commercial Booths for the West Virginia Pumpkin festival.

I invite you to participate in the largest Fall Festival in our state. We anticipate at least 50,000 spectators, and potential customers, for this year. Obviously this is a business promotion that should not be missed for your company.

In order to be a part of the West Virginia Pumpkin Festival, you must complete the attached entry form and return it as soon as possible. Reservations are given priority from year to year, and past participants will be given first preference. All other reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis; and to ensure your place at the West Virginia Pumpkin Festival, you must respond immediately.

Largest Pumpkin Weighing Contest

Welcome from the Chairperson of The Largest Pumpkin Weighing Contest

Dear Supporter:

On behalf of the West Virginia Pumpkin Festival, we would like to invite you to attend the festival's 27th anniversary. Thanks to supporters such as you, we have been able to continuously grow and make this one of the best in the state.

As you are aware, we offer the largest pumpkins and numerous items for sale at the annual Scholarship Auction. It is our hope that you will attend the festival and participate in purchasing the largest pumpkin grown in West Virginia or the largest out-of-state pumpkin submitted. Any high school senior planning to attend a college or university in West Virginia is eligible to apply for the $2,000.00 scholarship.

The annual auction will be held on Sunday, October 6th, @ 4:00 PM at the WV Pumpkin Festival, held at the Pumpkin Park, #1 Pumpkin Way.
